How to improve snowboarding park skills without a trainer or camp?

with one comment

I’m a 19 year old male and I’ve been snowboarding for quite some time now. I’m starting to get a little discouraged in the terrain park, however. I can go through the motions on rails, boxes, and jumps, but I can’t seem to do anything extensive without wiping out. I know this question seems a bit vague, but I was simply wondering if anyone could share their stories of how they improved in the park, or possibly give me some pointers on how to improve without completely injuring myself. Thanks!

I got a night job and live on the mountain all day. Practice time is great my mountain is full of the white heads all day so I get the park to myself. Also try other mountains different setups and terrains will help. Get some buddies and go around town and hit some rails late at night.
