The Burton Tradition Continues with the Bullet and Baron Snowboards
Burton Snowboards are one of the most well known and respected names in the snowboarding industry. Their long history of providing high quality boards for smooth rides down the trails continues today with two of their more popular boards: the Burton Bullet and the Burton Baron.
The Burton Bullet is a wide board, but it delivers an unexpectedly fast ride for exciting trips down the hill. Many boarders love the 70s graphic with metallic detailing in silver print. The features that make the board stand out include:
- Generous sidecut
- Snappy flex (for enhanced pop)
- Wide width for larger feet
- Uniquely designed slantwall
This board interacts exceptionally well with the rider for a very versatile run down the hill. The wider width around the middle makes it ideal for those with larger boots. Those wearing bigger sizes that do not fit well on other boards will be able to hit the fast turns without wiping out.
The board is very durable for a long life and has an incredibly smooth feel during the action. Those with boots larger than a size ten should consider this one.
Introducing the Burton Baron ES
Whether you are doing grooomers, off-piste stashes, or hips, you will find this board incredibly easy to control all the way down the hill. Riders feel very stable on this board and it is durable enough for hard-hitting action hours on end.
This is another board designed just for those with a larger footprint. Some of the features that make it stand out include:
- Implanted Carbon I-Beam
- Dual Warp Lite Triax fiberglass
- Dragonfly Core
- Pressure Distribution Edges
These features give the board more snap and impressive edge control. This is one board that can pick up speed for high intensity runs through the snow.
